Attorney Michelle Bayhi

Michelle Bayhi was born in Miami and raised in Central Florida. She received her undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Florida. While in law school, Michelle served as a teaching assistant, intern at a boutique litigation firm, and judicial clerk. In between her undergraduate studies and legal studies, Michelle worked for the Department of Children and Families assisting foster families and children in dependency cases. Following her graduation from law school, Michelle worked for two statewide law firms specializing in insurance defense litigation before switching practice areas to family law. Michelle has been practicing law in Central Florida for over 19 years, and currently lives in Seminole County with her husband and three children.

Attorney Shana Carson

Shana Carson is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University.  While in law school, Shana was a law clerk for the Honorable Walter Komanski, participated in the Children and Family Clinic as an Attorney ad Litem, was a County Mediator for two years for the 9th Judicial Circuit, and received the Fellowship for Achievement in Civil Excellence for her legal service to her community as a Guardian ad Litem.
Shana brings extensive experience as a family law attorney and litigator, and is part of a select group of attorneys in Central Florida who is trained in Collaborative Divorce. Shana also has extensive experience in family-centered estate planning. Her work experience includes a private family law and estate planning practice, associate at two large Central Florida law firms, and Assistant Regional Counsel for the State of Florida for Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in the 9th Judicial Circuit.

Shana also gives back to her community through her involvement with East Orange County chapter of Kiwanis (2020-21), Legal Aid Society of Orange County GAL program, and other pro bono work. Currently, she is serving a second two-year appointment as Arts and Culture Chair on the Orange County Sustainability Advisory Board (SAB). She also served on the Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings' Sustainability & Resilience Committee and Supply Chain and Materials sub-committee to develop long-term sustainability goals and strategies for the benefit of Orange County, her home of over 20 years.
